Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Lawtegic Solutions ("Lawtegic," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of every visitor, prospective client, and law-firm partner who interacts with our marketing, public-relations, and practice-acceleration services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this site and the platforms we operate (including PlainIntent, TortSignals, TopCite, MyGodBot, and the TortSignal Calculator), how we use it, and the rights you have under U.S. state privacy laws (including the CCPA/ CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, and UCPA) and applicable international laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and Canada's PIPEDA.

1. Information We Collect

  • Identifiers you provide: name, firm name, email, phone, mailing address, and practice area when you submit a proposal, book a consultation, or subscribe to communications.
  • Usage & device data: IP address, browser, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps collected through first- and third-party cookies, server logs, and pixels.
  • Buyer-intent signals: aggregated, pseudonymous intent and engagement data captured by PlainIntent and resolved to business accounts using lawful B2B identity-resolution providers.
  • Client engagement data: campaign performance, creative assets, intake recordings (with consent), and CRM data processed on behalf of our law-firm clients as a service provider / processor.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve our services, deliver proposals, fulfill engagements, measure campaign performance, prevent fraud, comply with bar advertising and FTC rules, and communicate about relevant offerings. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Limited sharing of pseudonymous identifiers with advertising partners may qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA; you may opt out at any time using the link in our footer or by emailing privacy@lawtegic.solutions.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on (a) your consent, (b) performance of a contract, (c) our legitimate interests in marketing our services to law firms and securing our platforms, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing & Subprocessors

We share information with vetted subprocessors that help us host, analyze, secure, and deliver our services — including cloud hosting (AWS, Cloudflare), email/SMS delivery, analytics, and CRM platforms. A current list is available on request. Each subprocessor is bound by a written data-protection agreement.

5. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to deliver our services, comply with legal obligations (including IRS, state-bar, and FTC record-keeping rules), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Marketing data is retained for up to 36 months after last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling. Submit requests to privacy@lawtegic.solutions. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (CCPA/CPRA) or one month (GDPR). You may appeal a denial by replying to our response. You may also lodge a complaint with your state Attorney General or EU supervisory authority.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly necessary, analytics, and (with consent) advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser, our consent banner, or by sending a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing.

8. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, least-privilege access, MFA, vulnerability scanning, and annual penetration testing. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by law in the event of a qualifying incident.

9. Children

Our services are directed to law firms and business professionals and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes & Contact

We will post material changes to this policy with a revised effective date. Contact our privacy team at privacy@lawtegic.solutions or write to Lawtegic Solutions, Attn: Privacy, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801.
